This first step is very important for our intervention. It allows us to better understand the structure of your company, its objectives, as well as its culture. We analyse your business needs and determine what constitutes the DNA of the role. We study the job role and do a thorough analysis on the industry, the necessary competencies and skills.
As a specialized consultant, our objective is to advise you on key elements such as relevance of the position's positioning, remuneration study, potential target profiles based on our knowledge of the market, etc. The definition of the position and the profile of the candidate constituting the basis of our search. We can make any changes during the recruitment process if necessary.
Our in-depth knowledge of the market, as well as of the functions and sectors in which we specialize, allows us to identify and approach target candidates who have never approached our firm before, and who seem to be particularly suited to your position. We can then offer them, in complete confidentiality, your opportunity for change.
The selection method used is based on the study of the objective elements of the application (background, experience, training, acquired skills) and the elements of the candidate's personal skills through an interview. The interview with each candidate aims to identify his or her key skills, in relation to the requirements of the position to be filled and the culture of your company.
This interview is conducted according to a rigorous methodology based on the three major themes:
- the general presentation of the candidate
- skills and potential: technical expertise, management skills, self-confidence, professional maturity, tenacity etc.
- communication and interpersonal skills: quality of expression, structure of speech, ability to listen, interpersonal skills, etc.
After each interview, we review the situation with you and the candidate to verify the interest of both parties and to determine together the follow-up to be given to the application.
We check the professional references of candidates selected for the final recruitment process whenever possible, this only with the consent of the candidate. The candidate will be informed of former employers who will be contacted.
